The story begins in 1962 in Tomelloso, at the heart of Castilla-La Mancha. For more than sixty years, the Abad family has cultivated a winemaking expertise founded on patience, precision and respect for tradition.
Generation after generation, this know-how has shaped a demanding vision of wine and spirits. Today, this heritage inspires the Universo collection, where every recipe seeks the perfect balance between authenticity, elegance and aromatic expression.
